Since 2001 Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is providing free diagnosis and treatment for opportunistic infections (OI) and anti-retroviral therapy (ART) in resource-limited settings.
We present the incidence of the most frequently reported OI occurring in the 12 months after ART initiation in adults followed in 62 projects from 24 countries.
