Niger research center :
Alpha Amadou DIALLO
Site Manager Niger Research Base
Alpha Amadou Diallo started working as a medical doctor with MSF-France in 2006. First in Côte d’Ivoire, followed by Niger in 2007, Chad in 2008, Kenya in 2009-2010, South Sudan in 2011, and in Mali in 2012 and 2014. During this time he worked as variously as medical consultant, hospital director, project coordinator, and medical coordinator.
He obtained a masters in Public Health from the Institute of Tropical Medicine Antwerp (ITM) in 2012-2013. Between July 2014 and December 2015, he worked with UNICEF Stop Transmission of Polio (STOP) programme in Cameroon.
He joined Epicentre in February 2016 as site manager of the Epicentre research base in Niger.
Ousmane Guindo
Study coordinator
Dr Ousmane Guindo has a PhD in medicine and has significant clinical research experience.
From 2005 he worked on drug trials and the clinical development trials of a malaria vaccine at the research laboratory of the faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy  and the Malaria Research and Training Center (MRTC) at the University of Bamako. Ousmane joined Epicentre Niger in October 2012 as clinical research assistant to work on field studies.
Since April 2015, he is study coordinator at the Epicentre research base in Niger.
Sua Katembo
Finance Officer
Sua Katembo has worked as administrator and finance officer in a variety of organisations, including the World Bank, the International Red Cross, UNDP, Save the Children International.
After working locally for 13 years, he joined international humanitaire field in 2012 through the NGOs International Relief (Cote d'Ivoire, Burkina Faso, Mali, Niger, RCA, Cameroun) and Solidarité International in partnership with UNHCR, ECHO, UNICEF, USAID, BPRM, POOLED FUND working on aid projects for refugees, displaced people (Malians, Nigerians, Nigeriens, Liberians, Central-Africans, and Congolese).
On March 2016, Sua joined the Epicentre team in Niger as finance manager.
