Franck Ale

Franck Ale has a PhD in epidemiology and extensive experience in humanitarian contexts since 2010. He currently holds the position of Head of epidemiology at MSF-West And Central Africa headquarters. Still, before joining MSF-WaCA, Franck had worked in the field, notably on epidemiological research projects for Epicentre and Alima in Niger, MSF France and ACF in Mali, and also at the Dakar regional office as Epidemiology Advisor covering the West and Central Africa region. During the recent diphtheria epidemic, Franck accompanied the MSF-WaCA emergency unit and missions to investigate and monitor this long-running epidemic.
