Joseph Aumuller

Joe Aumuller joined Epicentre and MSF in August 2023 as a field epidemiologist. Joe is currently based in the OCP mission to South Sudan as the Epidemiologist Activity Manager supporting the design of surveillance systems, outbreak investigations, disease control across the Aweil and Old Fangak projects. He is a recent graduate of the MA-MSPH program at Johns Hopkins University’ Bloomberg School of Public Health and School of Advanced International Studies. Previously, Joe supported the National Institute of Health’s Southern & Central Africa ICEMR’s work in Zambia focusing on meteorological impacts to malaria transmission.
