Ibrahim Ngoumboute

Dr Ibrahim NGOUMBOUTE is the site coordinator for the clinical trial and related activities as part of the Development of Triple Artemisinin Combination Therapies (DeTACT) project in Niger. Trained as a medical doctor, Dr Ngoumboute worked as the head of an intensive care center for nutritional recovery in Niger before joining Epicentre. At Epicentre, he has worked as a Medical Officer and Research Site Manager for a Phase III vaccine trial, among other clinical and epidemiologic studies. He is currently the site investigator of the Micribiote Directed Food (MDF trial), a nutritional study ongoing in Niger.
