Martin Yakum

Martin Yakum is an epidemiologist at Epicentre, based in Dakar. He supports the missions of MSF working in Mali, Burkina Faso, Niger, and Nigeria. He joined Epicentre in May 2022, and prior to that, he worked for 3 years as a field epidemiologist for MSF and over 5 years as a research assistant for M.A.SANTE in Cameroon. Martin holds a bachelor’s degree in biomedical sciences and a master’s degree in epidemiology and public health.
