Kerry Dierberg

Kerry Dierberg is an infectious diseases physician who currently works with the outbreak and vaccination team in Paris, providing support for cholera, Ebola, diphtheria, dengue and other outbreak responses.  Prior to joining MSF in 2020, she worked for several US and international organizations, including as Chief of the Division of Infectious Diseases and Hospital Epidemiologist at Bellevue Hospital in New York City, leading the response to COVID-19, Medical Director for Partners in Health in Sierra Leone during the 2014-16 Ebola epidemic, and with the Office of the U.S. Global AIDS Coordinator.  Kerry holds a master’s degree in public health and continues to work as an infectious diseases physician several weeks a year in NYC.
